Icelanders LOVE ice cream. Apparently, when this shop opened, Icelanders queued for 30 mins to get some! I didn't have to wait in line because the new COVID 19 double testing at the airport has dampened the hoards of tourists flocking to taste Icelandic ice cream. I had a vegan blueberry ice cream with a wafer and it was divine. I'll definitely be back for more.
